Compensation: Pay range based on experience

Locations: Various locations in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin.

Midwest Spine & Brain Institute has been in private practice for over 35 years! We are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and dedicated individual to join us in our specialty of Spine and Neurosurgery-- an innovative surgical practice specializing in the treatment of spine and brain injuries and disorders. We are currently seeking a Clinic Medical Assistant/CMA/LPN with clinical and administrative experience to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Rooming patients
  • Assisting providers during clinic
  • Documenting in EHR
  • Scheduling diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Returning patient phone calls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, effective decision making and problem solving skills, and have the ability to work well as part of a team.

This position works collaboratively with surgeons, mid-level providers, multiple departments and clinic locations.

Experience with NextGen and Epic EHR/EPM is highly desirable. Some travel required, mileage and drive time pay available. Excellent Pay and benefits package.
